Shipping Policy
At FCD Sportswear, every order is custom made to your exact requirements, ensuring your team receives high-quality sportswear that's built to perform. Once your order has been manufactured, you can choose from two convenient delivery options.
Home Delivery is available for a flat rate of £6.00 per order via our trusted courier service. Alternatively, you can choose Club Collection, where your order will be delivered to your selected sports club for collection completely free of charge.
Please note that as all garments are made to order, production times may vary depending on the size of your order and the time of year. We will always keep you informed of your order's progress and notify you as soon as it has been dispatched or is ready for collection.
Return & Exchange Policy
As every item we produce is custom made specifically for your order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for incorrect sizing, changes of mind, or unwanted items.
We strongly recommend checking all sizing, colours, artwork, names, numbers and order details carefully before placing your order. If you are ordering for a team, please ensure all information has been approved prior to submission.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the details of your confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
